Normally the leads we find involve searching job boards, social media, and RFP's for quality contract jobs. We also find additional contact information: Name and Email. That way our customers just have to email the leads we send them and win new work.
I'm looking for someone to help me explode my lead department. Someone who can bring fresh ideas to how we find these leads, where we look, and that has experience knowing what a great freelance job opportunity looks like.
This is going to most likely be a retainer type situation where you deliver quantities of these leads daily. You'll be working with a small team so output is important. If you think you can find opportunities for my customers that will make them win more work there's a place for you on the team.
I'd love to improve the quality of the leads we find as well as send 2X as many leads as we currently send to our customers. That will mean a better ROI for our customers, which will improve churn, retention and customer happiness.
